The following holds true for CBT providers of congress centres, conference hotels and event locations:
• Careful consideration of customer requirements, optimum support and excellent service take top priority.
• Central contact partner for our customers and competent staff. We have great experience in hosting events and in-depth knowledge on the region.
• Well-structured processes from the initial quote request to the final stage of invoicing, as well as efficient on-site procedures.
• Recommendation of - or cooperation with - certified and experienced partners in catering, technology, etc.
• Offer of site inspections and/or preparation trips.
• Binding offers with option dates and General Business Conditions available for the customer.
• Professional, MICE-specific information in German and English.
CBT Congress Centres
• Place a focus on hosting international conferences and scientific congresses.
• Offer function rooms that meet international AIPC-Standards and the requirements for hosting international meetings for 300 to 500 persons.
• Adhere to high standards of quality regarding equipment and technology.
CGT Conference Hotels
• Focus on the MICE sector
• Are equipped with at least 2 fully adapted meeting rooms with the appropriate, state-of-the-art equipment, depending on the size of the room, ceiling heights of at least 2.50 to 3 m, ventilation system and suitable conference seating.
• Double rooms are made available for single use and are equipped with workspace and free Wi-Fi.
• Separate restaurant areas are provided, as well as flexible table and seating plans.
• Are extraordinary venues that offer, in addition to first class event services, the possibility to rent function rooms or the venue on an exclusive basis.
• You have been trading for at least 3 years and are in possession of appropriate customer references.
• Offer exceptional incentive and event concepts with a specific focus on Tirol.
• Ensure not only flexible and customer-oriented support, but also safe event procedures by means of comprehensive project documentation, adequate insurance protection, data security safeguards and professional handling of emergencies.
